Ingredients Beef/chicken mince or small pieces 1 kg Gram lentil 1 cup Onion medium 3-4 (sliced) Ginger paste 1 tbsp Garlic paste 1-1 ˝ tbsp Egg 1-2 (beaten) Oil/ghee 2-3 cups Shan Shami Kabab Masala 1 packet Method 1. Add gram lentil, onion, ginger, garlic and shan shami kabab masala in mince with 2 glasses of water. 2. Cover and cook on slow heat for 30-40 minutes or till water dries and meat soft and tender. 3. Remove from heat and roughly chop it. 4. Then include eggs in mince and make shami kabab. 5. Around 30-40 kabab will make. 6. Fry kabab in hot oil until golden. 7. Serve delicious shami kabab with roti, naan, fresh salad and chutney. 8. Note: For more appetizing taste add chopped green chillies, green coriander, mint and onion in chopped mince or stuff kabab with this. 9. If kabab will break during frying, add one more egg. 10. Divide boiled eggs into half. 2. Add gram lentil, onion, ginger, garlic and shan shami kabab masala in mince with 2 glasses of water. 3. Cover and cook on slow heat for 30-40 minutes or till water dries and meat soft and tender. 4. Remove from heat and roughly chop it. 5. Then include eggs in mince and divide mixture into 16 balls. 6. Flat each ball and wrap around half boiled egg. 7. Deep fry nargasi kabab in hot oil until golden brown.
