  • How do I place an order?

To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the "Add to Cart" button. You can also put item into your cart from collections and search pages. Before you check out, you’ll be prompted to create an account or to log in to your existing account. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order.

  • How can I apply/use the coupon code?

Coupon Code or Promo Code can be applied on the checkout page under “customer information” section.

  • How do I see my order history?

You can see your order history by visiting the Order History page in the account section on the site.

  • How does Grocerybox calculate sales tax?

Items sold by Grocerybox are subject to tax when shipped to destinations in: AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NJ, NY, NV, OH, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA and WY. Any applicable tax will be applied to the price you pay for taxable items, less any and all extra savings.
  • Does Grocerybox offer a tax exemption?

Eligible governmental, non-profit, charitable and similar organizations should email all tax-exempt requests to Include a copy of applicable state or federal exemption certificates. Eligible tax exemptions will be processed by Grocerybox and tax will not be charged on future purchases made by eligible tax-exempt accounts. Grocerybox does not honor resale exemption certificates, as purchases for resale are against Grocerybox’s Terms of Use.

  • How fast are orders processed?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 days. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00PM will get shipped on next Monday if the shipping method chosen at the checkout is UPS Ground.
    • What forms of payment do you take?

    We accepts all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

    • How much does shipping cost?

    We use UPS for all of our deliveries - and offer variety of shipping options. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout based on weight of the items in your cart. We use UPS Ground for most shipping which is cheapest and more reliable option for grocery delivery.

    • Where can I track my order?

    You can take all your current as well as past orders on Order History page.

    • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, you can change and cancel your order, as long as it’s not process. You can check the status of your order by visiting Order History page or sending us an email at


    Returns & Refunds

    • What is your return policy?

    You must notify us within 7 days of your order receiving date to initiate a return. After 7 days the item is yours and cannot be returned. All merchandise returned must be in NEW & UNUSED condition. Any items purchased with a coupon code or clearance are not able to be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen.     • What do I do if I receive damaged/returned/expired product?

    If you received any damaged/returned/expired product, first, don’t use it and contact us at You can also initiate a self serve return process by going to your Order History page under your account.
      • How do I return an item?

      You can initiate a return by visiting the Order History page in the Account section of the site. You'll be able to see the amount you’ll be refunded. You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. Please remove any pets or babies from boxes before you send them back — we really can’t stress this enough.
        • How much will I be refunded when I return an item?

        The amount you’ll be refunded is the product price minus the savings you received on the item, plus any taxes you paid on the item. It may take 10-14 business days after we receive your returned items to process your refund.
          • When can I expect my refund?

          Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.


            • What are Grocerybox's shipping rules and policies?

            Grocerybox takes enormous pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.
            While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping groceries around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
            Grocerybox is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive 1-2 days before your event. In some instances due to weather, high package volume (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your product arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it arrives in good condition.
            Grocerybox is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
            Grocerybox does not require a signature for the delivery of most of its packages. Grocerybox is not responsible for packages that require a signature but are not delivered because no one is home to sign.
            Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $19 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Grocerybox is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.
            All packages are shipped via UPS and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
