Missal Rassa

Ingredients
Tomatoes 1 or 50 Gm (Medium size, finely chopped or pureed)
Rasoi Magic Missal Rassa Mix

Method
1. Mix entire packet of Misal Rassa mix into 1 cup of water and keep aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, temper with mustard seeds.
3. Add 1 medium size finely chopped tomato & fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add Misal Rassa Mix paste & fry further for 2 minutes.
5. Add 3 cups water & cook for 10 minutes.
6. Suggested Recipe For Missal: In a bowl, take mixed farsan.
7. Add finely chopped onions & tomatoes.
8. Pour misal rassa, garnish with finely chopped coriander & serve hot with bread slices.
9. Do not add anything else.
10. This pack contains salt too.
11. You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
