Directions:
1. Cook 1kg rice and keep aside.
2. Heat 250ml of refined vegetable oil & fry mustard,gramdal,cashewnut, and chillies.
3. Remove and set aside.
4. Fry 1kg brinjal & 500g vegatbles with a pinch of turmeric in the same oil.
5. Add 100g of Vangibhath masala,tamarind juice,salt to taste & jaggery if desired.
6. Add the fried seasoning,fried copra & cooked rice.
